My name is Julie Muscutt and, like some of you reading this, I too have spent many hours in the gym and in countless aerobics classes, puffing and panting, in a bid to uncover the goddess/god body I just knew was lurking inside. Now with over 13 years experience in the fitness industry I know it's never too late to get the body you want, no matter what your age, or your current level of fitness.

I've previously worked at David LLoyd in Cheam (London), personal training of course, and then as their Lead Coach for 5 months. I moved up to the midlands in December 2009 to continue personal training and I currently work at Fields Fitness in Hinckley, but if joining a gym is not your thing I can also visit you at home or work.

Personal training with me means that every session is tailored to your individual needs and goals, your likes and dislikes. We can improve your balance and co-ordination, help your golf swing improve, tweak your running technique, or simply help you feel and look better than you have in years. Or if there's a special occasion coming up in your life you can have the body you've always wanted and deserve.

As each session is designed around you and what you need no two workouts will ever be the same.
If you need to de-stress, there’s nothing quite like a boxercise workout as a fun and energetic way to lower your stress levels and get your heart and lungs pumping. Or if you prefer a more holistic approach a fusion of yoga, tai chi and pilates will leave you feeling lengthened and strengthened. I'll make losing weight fun, and those wobbly bits you hate...I promise they won't wobble for long!
I will help you to get the changes and improvements you deserve with new techniques and methods. Your progress will be constantly re-evaluated so that you get the best results in the shortest time.
If this all sounds a little bit serious, don't worry! My one and only rule is that your sessions should be enjoyable, so that you can't wait for the next one.
